What we collect and why
“Book a demo” form: e-mail address, phone number (if you give one), company name and number of locations. We use them only to arrange a tideconn presentation and prepare a quote.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry).
Providing the data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we can’t reply.
How long
We keep form data until talks about working together end, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact — unless we sign a contract or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Hosting, form protection and logs
The site runs on a server we use under a contract with a hosting provider, who acts as our processor. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which checks that a human is sending it, without tracking cookies.
On every visit the server records technical connection data (such as IP address, time, page address and browser type) to run the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where data leaves the European Economic Area (for example during the Turnstile check), this happens under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
Cookies and browser storage
We use no cookies, pixels or analytics scripts. Browser storage (localStorage) only keeps the theme you picked for the panel preview — it never leaves your device.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
